Welcome to GrowthPrimeForge. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of skills development courses offered by GrowthPrimeForge.com.
1. Scope of Services
GrowthPrimeForge offers three categories of offerings:
- Live and virtual training services
- Digital informational products
- Physical goods related to training support
2. Live and Virtual Training Services
2.1 Registration and Eligibility
Participants must register online and fulfill any prerequisites listed on GrowthPrimeForge.com before attending a session.
2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a session by contacting us at our support form at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
2.3 Cancellation and Reimbursement
For standard training sessions, you may request a reimbursement by submitting your request via our support form no later than 48 hours before the session begins. Approved reimbursements will be processed within ten business days to the original payment method.
Premium Coaching Sessions, which involve dedicated one-on-one time and resources, are not eligible for reimbursement once booked. This policy ensures reserved availability and quality commitment for each participant.
3. Digital Informational Products
3.1 Delivery
Digital products, including e-books, video modules, and toolkits, are available for immediate download upon purchase.
3.2 Reimbursement Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly, requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and prior to downloading. To request a reimbursement, please use our support form. Approved requests will be reimbursed within ten business days to the original payment source.
4. Physical Goods
4.1 Shipping and Handling
Physical items such as workbooks and branded materials are shipped via standard carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2 Reimbursement and shares
Unused and undamaged goods may be submitted for reimbursement within 15 days of delivery. To initiate, submit a request via our support form. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for return shipping. Reimbursements will be issued within fourteen business days after receipt of the item back at our warehouse.

5. Comprehensive Reimbursement Guidelines
GrowthPrimeForge strives for customer satisfaction across all offerings. Please note:
- All reimbursement requests must be submitted through our support form.
- Reimbursements are processed to the original method of payment.
- Processing timelines vary by offering category but generally complete within fourteen business days.
- Rescheduling options apply only to live sessions and must meet the notice requirements described above.
